Technical schools and professions
- In the next five years, 30% of existing professions will be fully automated: 50% of professions will require new skills.
- Starting from 2026, at least 100 technical schools will be modernized and equipped annually.
- The number of schools with advanced international programs will increase to 100.
- In 2026, technical schools and “professional towns” will be opened in 7 regions, and in 2027, in all other regions.
Stimulation of enterprises and students
- Businesses implementing dual education will be able to receive a preferential loan of up to 5 billion soums for a period of 7 years.
- For participation in the dual training, companies will receive +5 points in the entrepreneurial rating.
- The 1% social tax benefit for employed graduates is extended for another 3 years.
- For the first time, 100,000 students will receive scholarships through the dual system starting in 2026.
- Higher Education and International Cooperation
- The Jizzakh Polytechnic Institute has been transferred to the management of the Hungarian university “Abuda”.
- A new university is planned to be established in partnership with Japan’s Sukuba University.
- The involvement of foreign universities in the field of exact sciences and engineering will be expanded.
