ADM Jizzakh produced 10,000 HAVAL cars

Deputy Minister Ilzat Kasymov met with Great Wall Motor Vice President Shi Zincke and ADM Jizzakh management on October 30. They discussed expanding localization, exporting auto components, R&D, and training personnel. ADM Jizzakh has produced 10,000 HAVAL vehicles.

Why is this important

10,000 cars in 1-2 years — rapid growth, indicating demand and successful localization. HAVAL competes with GM Uzbekistan (Chevrolet), Uzauto (Changan, BYD). Expanding component exports will transform Uzbekistan into a regional hub for the automotive industry, reducing import dependence. GWM is a Chinese giant (more than 1 million cars per year) that transfers technology and experience. Localization creates jobs, develops related industries (metallurgy, plastic, electronics).
