What happened
On September 10, 2025, the Supervisory Board of Agat Credit approved the parameters of the new bond issue:
- 400,000 bonds for 100,000 soums;
- total volume – 40 billion soums;
- coupon rate – 27% per annum;
- term – 365 days;
- coupon payments – monthly.
This is the third issue in a year:
- March output – 40 billion soums, profitability 29%;
- July – 30 billion soums, profitability 28%, purchased in three hours.
- An extraordinary shareholders’ meeting will be held on October 10, 2025, at which it is planned to discuss the transition of Agat Credit to the status of a microfinance bank.

Context
Agat Credit has been operating since 2018 under a Central Bank license and manages a portfolio of tens of billions of soums. In July, the company transitioned to the status of a joint-stock company, which made it easier to enter the debt market.
Agat Credit has implemented the B2ng::FIN system to digitize processes, including integration with credit bureaus and automation of loan issuance.
