Who is Kamila Makhmudova?

Context
Kamila Makhmudova’s appointment coincided with increasing pressure on Raiffeisen Bank International due to its activities in Russia following the start of hostilities in Ukraine. The bank stated its intention to gradually reduce its presence in the country.
