- The first stage (with an expenditure of $200 million) has been completed: 6 office buildings (20-25 floors) and a congress hall were built on an area of 4 hectares.
- Second stage: $3 billion in investments for the next stages and construction of a data center with a capacity of up to 500 MW.
- Partnership with Saudi company Data Volt: a data center with an initial capacity of 12 MW worth $150 million.
- The project includes buildings such as the AI Center, the Space and Technology Center for the Future, two 20-story office buildings, and service and shopping centers.
