What happened
- Uzbekistan and Kazakhstan agreed to increase the freight train exchange to 35 pairs per day.
- The parties also agreed to ensure the receipt by the Uzbek side of at least 10 units of grain in grain carriers and 5 units of food products in covered wagons daily.
- In addition, it is planned to ensure the unloading for wagon turnover and the operation of unloading access roads and authorized bodies around the clock on weekends and holidays.
- A decision was also made to plan export transportation, taking into account the available capacities of recipients of grain cargo in Uzbekistan and the agreed turnover of empty wagons.
