Its scale reflects the growth of the digital economy and citizens&#8217; involvement in official payment systems. <\/p>\n<p><strong>What happened<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The total amount of cashback since the beginning of the year is <strong>906.6 billion soums<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>The number of registered receipts is <strong>976.1 thousand<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li><strong>In August<\/strong> alone, <strong>99.8 billion soums<\/strong> were paid for <strong>121.8 million checks<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Top returns:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Tashkent &#8211; 41.8 billion soums;<\/li>\n<li>Tashkent region &#8211; 8.2 billion;<\/li>\n<li>Fergana &#8211; 7.1 billion;<\/li>\n<li>Samarkand &#8211; 6.9 billion;<\/li>\n<li>Namangan &#8211; 5.2 billion.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>In August, the accrual of <strong>35 million checks<\/strong> for <strong>38 billion soums<\/strong> was rejected.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Why refusing cashback:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>the entrepreneur has not submitted tax reports;<\/li>\n<li>there is a debt exceeding <strong>1 million soums<\/strong>;<\/li>\n<li>the buyer is included in the <strong>register<\/strong> of dubious persons;<\/li>\n<li>incorrectly executed checks.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Context<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The program has been in effect since 2020 and encourages payment through online cash registers. According to the State Tax Committee, the share of non-cash payments in retail turnover exceeded <g id=\"gid_0\">60%<\/g>.
