This affects household incomes, consumer demand, and social stability.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What happened<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>In total, more than <strong>33,000 vacancies<\/strong> were posted during the quarter, with a growth of +24% compared to last year.<\/li>\n<li>The share of vacancies in Tashkent decreased to <strong>81.9%<\/strong> (compared to 90% a year ago).<\/li>\n<li>In Jizzakh, the number of vacancies increased by 1.5 times, in Namangan \u2014 by 49%, in Andijan, Fergana, Bukhara, Samarkand \u2014 by +40%.<\/li>\n<li>At the same time, the median for the capital \u2014 <strong>5.083 million soums<\/strong> \u2014 decreased by almost 41%.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">In the regions:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Navoi \u2014 median decreased by more than half<\/li>\n<li>Karshi \u2014 a decrease of 92.3%<\/li>\n<li>Chirchik &#8211; 21.6%<\/li>\n<li>Andijan &#8211; growth +25%<\/li>\n<li>Samarkand and Fergana &#8211; +2.7%<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">By industry:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Top managers &#8211; 8.94 million (-13.7%).<\/li>\n<li>Lawyers &#8211; 6.5 million (-21%)<\/li>\n<li>Auto business &#8211; 6.48 million<\/li>\n<li>Agriculture &#8211; 6.16 million (without decline)<\/li>\n<li>Investments \/ consulting &#8211; 5.44 million<\/li>\n<li>Safety &#8211; 1.59 million (half as much)<\/li>\n<li>Insurance &#8211; 2.36 million (\u221262%)<\/li>\n<li>IT &#8211; 4.35 million<\/li>\n<li>Administrative staff &#8211; 3.13 million (\u221272.6%)<\/li>\n<li>Construction &#8211; 4.099 million (\u221262.5%)<\/li>\n<li>Finance \/ Accounting &#8211; 5.02 million (\u221247.7%)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>According to the National Statistics Committee, the average nominal salary in the first half of 2025 amounted to <strong>5.98 million soums<\/strong>, which is 17.2% higher than the annual norm. In Tashkent \u2014 more than 10 million soums.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Context<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>According to the results of the third quarter of 2024, the median offered salary was 6,378,457 soums (an increase of +16% year-on-year). In the first quarter of 2025, the median on hh.uz was 5,914,579 soums, which is 14% higher than in the same period last year.<\/p>\n<p>Average nominal wages are increasing, but this is an averaged indicator that does not reflect the shift in the structure of vacancies.
