The reform can affect the market structure, investments, and operating expenses of companies operating in the alcohol and tobacco sectors.  <\/p>\n<p><strong>Key facts<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The document \u201cRegulation on the Automated Risk Analysis System in the Sphere of Etil Alcohol, Alcoholic Beverages, and Tobacco Products Circulation\u201d has been approved.<\/li>\n<li>The system will cover: the purchase of raw materials, production, storage, transportation, sale, licensing, marking, use of production capacities, taxes, and inspection data.<\/li>\n<li>Businesses will be divided into risk categories: <strong>high<\/strong>, <strong>medium<\/strong>, or <strong>low<\/strong>. For low risk \u2014 notification and recommendations, and for medium and high risk \u2014 verification. <\/li>\n<li>Inspections are possible regardless of the risk category in cases of underground production, lack of a license, violation of marking, and other serious violations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Context<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The Law \u201cOn Limiting the Circulation of Alcohol and Tobacco\u201d regulates licensing, labeling, and product control.
