The difference between Central Bank and commercial banks&#8217; exchange rates is an important factor for those who buy currency for travel, transfers, or business.  <\/p>\n<h3>What happened<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>The Central Bank announced new exchange rates for November 21.<\/li>\n<li>The dollar and the Russian ruble became more <strong>expensive<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Cheaped:<\/strong> euro.<\/li>\n<li>Commercial banks are selling dollars at 11,970 soums as of November 20.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Central Bank&#8217;s full forecast:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Dollar \u2014 11,914.67 soums (+3.74);<\/li>\n<li>Euro \u2014 13,735.23 soums (-49.29);<\/li>\n<li>Pound sterling \u2014 15,584.39 soums (-51.09);<\/li>\n<li>Russian ruble \u2014 148.27 soums (+0.78);<\/li>\n<li>Chinese yuan \u2014 1,674.58 soums (-0.56);<\/li>\n<li>Japanese yen \u2014 75.80 soums (-0.57).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Dollar in commercial banks as of November 20:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>BRB: sale \u2014 11 970 soums;<\/li>\n<li>Ipoteka bank: sale \u2014 11 970 soums;<\/li>\n<li>KDB Bank Uzbekiston: sale \u2014 11 970 soums;<\/li>\n<li>Poytaxt bank: sale \u2014 11 970 soums.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Trends<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Dollar: <\/strong>overall downward trend \u2014 the exchange rate has increased since the beginning of the week, but then gradually decreased for four consecutive days. By November 21, the currency had fallen to almost the week&#8217;s lowest level, despite a slight price increase. <\/li>\n<li><strong>Euro: <\/strong>slight growth, after a gradual decline \u2014 by November 20, the exchange rate stabilized, but on November 21, it fell again. The overall trend is a noticeable decline, more pronounced than the dollar. <\/li>\n<li><strong>Ruble: <\/strong>the most calm dynamics \u2014 a slight increase on November 17, then a slight decrease, after which the ruble rose again on November 20-21.
