The difference between Central Bank and commercial banks&#8217; exchange rates is an important factor for those who buy currency for travel, transfers, or business.  <\/p>\n<h3>What happened<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>The Central Bank announced new exchange rates for November 24.<\/li>\n<li>All major currencies <strong>rose<\/strong> in price.<\/li>\n<li>Commercial banks are selling the dollar at <strong>12,025 soums<\/strong> as of November 21.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Central Bank&#8217;s full forecast:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Dollar \u2014 11 971,40 <span class=\"diff\">soums<\/span> (+56,73);<\/li>\n<li><span class=\"diff\">Euro<\/span> \u2014 13 797,04 soums (+61,81);<\/li>\n<li>Pound \u2014 15 637,04 soums (+52,65);<\/li>\n<li>Ruble \u2014 151,81 soums (+3,54);<\/li>\n<li>Yuan \u2014 1 683,69 soums (+9,11);<\/li>\n<li>Yen \u2014 76,37 soums (+0,57).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Dollar in commercial banks as of November 20:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Kapitalbank: sale \u2014 12 025 soums;<\/li>\n<li>Ipoteka bank: sale \u2014 12 025 soums;<\/li>\n<li>KDB Bank Uzbekiston: sale \u2014 12 025 soums;<\/li>\n<li>Trastbank: sale \u2014 12 025 soums.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Trends<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Dollar:<\/strong> an attempt to exit the downward trend \u2014 since the beginning of the week, the exchange rate has increased, but then gradually decreased for four consecutive days. By November 21, the currency had fallen almost to the week&#8217;s lowest, despite a slight price increase, and on November 24, the exchange rate began to rise again. <\/li>\n<li><strong>Euro: <\/strong>A Small Growth Momentum \u2014 By November 20, the exchange rate had stabilized, declined again on November 21, and began to rise on November 24. The overall trend is a decrease, more pronounced than the dollar. <\/li>\n<li><strong>Ruble:<\/strong> the most calm dynamics \u2014 a slight increase on November 17, then a slight decrease, after which the ruble rose again on November 20-24.
