During an open dialogue with entrepreneurs, Construction Minister Sherzod Khidyatov stated<\/a> that citizens must verify a property’s registration with the Construction Inspectorate before purchasing a home. He stated that all 24 areas of the Ministry of Construction’s work have been fully digitized and integrated into the \u201cTransparent Construction\u201d (Shaffof Qurilish) platform, where inspectors track the progress of construction projects. <\/p>\n

Property registration confirms the legality of the construction. Failure to register poses a risk to the buyer. <\/p>\n

Why is this important<\/h3>\n

Housing construction remains one of the most sensitive areas: cases of illegal or chaotic construction have led to disputes, delays in commissioning, and financial losses for citizens. A digital control system mitigates these risks by ensuring transparency and direct access to information about each project. Automatic comparison of projects with the master plan eliminates violations at the documentation stage. <\/p>\n
