The document was discussed in detail with the participation of the public, local Kengashes, and relevant committees. The senators conducted a thorough analysis of expenditure priorities, the effectiveness of their justification, and the allocation of funds.  <\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"530\" data-end=\"552\">Why is this important<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"553\" data-end=\"904\">The budget determines the redistribution of resources and the priorities of state policy for the year. Emphasis on social spheres, education, healthcare, and the \u201cgreen economy\u201d creates conditions for improving living standards, modernizing infrastructure, and achieving sustainable development.
