Changes in sales dynamics reflect both households&#8217; financial capabilities and business and population expectations. Separating trends between primary, secondary markets, and individual segments allows for a more accurate assessment of structural shifts in demand.  <\/p>\n<h3>What happened<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>In November, car sales in Uzbekistan decreased compared to October, despite maintaining growth in annual terms.<\/li>\n<li>CERR compiled a report reflecting trends in the sales of motor vehicles across all categories, broken down by markets and regions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Numbers and facts<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Total sales of all categories of vehicles amounted to 101.1 thousand units, which is 10.1% less than in October.<\/li>\n<li>In annual terms, the total sales volume increased by 6%.<\/li>\n<li>Sales of all types of passenger cars increased: in Tashkent \u2014 by 33.7%, in Karakalpakstan \u2014 by 8%.<\/li>\n<li>In the primary market, sales of passenger cars increased by 15%, which corresponds to an increase of about 4.4 thousand units compared to November of last year.<\/li>\n<li>Demand for new locally produced cars decreased by more than 10% in a month \u2014 to approximately 30,000 cars, but it turned out to be 13.6% higher than a year earlier.<\/li>\n<li>Foreign car sales grew by 11.1% over the month, reaching 5,000 units, and by 22.5% year-on-year.<\/li>\n<li>52 thousand cars were sold in the secondary market, which is 9.4% less than in October.<\/li>\n<li>Compared to last year, the demand for used cars decreased by 8%.<\/li>\n<li>Electric car sales increased by 1.8 times year-on-year, while demand for used cars in Tashkent grew by 1.4 times (absolute figures are not disclosed).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Context<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>The decrease in sales compared to the previous month indicates a weakening of short-term demand in the car market.<\/li>\n<li>At the same time, the positive annual dynamics in a number of segments indicate the preservation of structural interest in purchasing cars.<\/li>\n<li>The growth in sales of electric cars and certain categories of used cars indicates a redistribution of demand within the market.<\/li>\n<li>Seasonality, price sensitivity of buyers, and differences in demand for domestically produced cars, foreign cars, and used vehicles continue to play a significant role.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The total volume of sales decreased by 10.1% over the month, despite the growth in annual terms.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":7,"featured_media":14356,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"_sharing_image":{"poster":"https:\/\/frank.uz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/694b9f198d769.jpg","width":1200,"height":630,"template":"2bf59057","mode":"auto"},"_sharing_image_fieldset":{"Dv78f24rp1hU":14356,"YlB8HH34jIzY":"Car sales decreased in Uzbekistan"},"pin_until":"","footnotes":""},"categories":[2061],"tags":[3710,2153],"class_list":["post-14361","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-news-en","tag-automotive-industry","tag-statistics"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO Premium plugin v25.0 (Yoast SEO v25.9) - https:\/\/yoast.com\/wordpress\/plugins\/seo\/ -->\n<title>Car sales decreased in Uzbekistan &#8212;
