This will help reduce logistical costs for businesses and accelerate the transit of goods. The development of international transport corridors strengthens Uzbekistan&#8217;s position as a regional transport hub.  <\/p>\n<h3>What happened<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>A meeting of the joint commission on the development of international road transport between Uzbekistan and Tajikistan <a href=\"https:\/\/gov.uz\/ru\/mintrans\/news\/view\/113952\">was held<\/a> in Samarkand.<\/li>\n<li>The meeting discussed increasing the capacity of the Jartepa &#8211;
