Simplifying procedures when violations are acknowledged allows operations to be restored more quickly and reduces administrative burden. At the same time, a judicial mechanism remains in place for disputed cases, which is important for protecting entrepreneurs\u2019 rights. As a result, the system becomes more flexible while maintaining state oversight.   <\/p>\n<h3>What happened<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Lawmakers <a href=\"https:\/\/t.me\/qonunchilikpalatasi\/35189\">are reviewing<\/a> in the second reading a draft law aimed at protecting the rights and interests of entrepreneurs.<\/li>\n<li>The document provides for changes to the procedure for suspending transactions on bank accounts in cases of tax violations.<\/li>\n<li>If an entrepreneur acknowledges the violation and raises no objections, tax authorities will be able to suspend transactions without referring the case to court.<\/li>\n<li>If there is a dispute, the decision to block the account will be made by an economic court at the request of the tax authority.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Numbers and facts<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>The draft law introduces amendments to the Economic Procedural Code and the Tax Code regulating the procedure for reviewing tax violations.<\/li>\n<li>If a tax violation is acknowledged by the entrepreneur and no objections are raised, transactions on bank accounts may be suspended by tax authorities without going to court.<\/li>\n<li>Once the identified violation is remedied, the account restrictions must be lifted, allowing business operations to resume within a short period.<\/li>\n<li>If the taxpayer disagrees, suspension of transactions may be carried out only by decision of an economic court based on an application from the tax authority.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Context<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>A faster mechanism for resolving tax violations without lengthy court procedures is being introduced for businesses, reducing downtime and liquidity losses.<\/li>\n<li>Entrepreneurs will be able to restore operations promptly after eliminating violations.<\/li>\n<li>In disputed cases, judicial protection remains in place, limiting the risk of unfounded decisions by tax authorities.<\/li>\n<li>For the state, this simplifies administration and speeds up enforcement and oversight.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>If the violation is acknowledged, restrictions will be imposed without court involvement;
