The identification of competition restrictions in tenders indicates that authorities continue strengthening oversight of procurement procedures within state institutions. For businesses, this also signals stricter control over compliance with tender rules and possible sanctions for violations.  <\/p>\n<h3>What happened<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>The Competition and Consumer Protection Committee <a href=\"https:\/\/t.me\/RaqobatGovUz\/12161\">reported<\/a> that violations worth more than 23 billion soums had been identified in public procurement procedures.<\/li>\n<li>During the analysis of procurement procedures, the committee reviewed tenders conducted by several government agencies and identified actions that restricted or could potentially restrict competition.
