Updating the composition of the Supervisory Board is an important step in corporate governance and transparency.  <\/p>\n<p><strong>What happened<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bahadirov Ulugbek Hojituraevich has been <a href=\"https:\/\/openinfo.uz\/ru\/facts\/to_pdf\/93185\">relieved<\/a> of his duties as Chairman of the Supervisory Board and appointed Chairman of the Board of HUMO.<\/li>\n<li>Sarixodjayev Dilshod Shuxratovich has been appointed as the new chairman of the Supervisory Board.<\/li>\n<li>The changes are reflected in the composition of the Supervisory Board of JSC National Interbank Processing Center.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>What they say<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>There are no official public comments on the appointments.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Context<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>HUMO is a national interbank processing company, the operator of a popular payment system in Uzbekistan.
