Heemera works at the intersection of AI and blockchain analytics \u2014 a promising segment of the global crypto industry. <\/p>\n<p>Participation in the accelerator will increase the international recognition of Uzbek startups and attract new investments.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What happened<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Heemera was established in February 2024, and has been participating in the NAPP&#8217;s regulatory \u201csandbox\u201d since July;<\/li>\n<li>The Company specializes in the return of crypto-assets stolen as a result of fraud, cyberattacks, and other illegal actions;<\/li>\n<li>In 2024, the startup processed <strong>60 applications<\/strong> and helped recover assets worth <strong>2.9 billion soums<\/strong>;<\/li>\n<li>Google Accelerator will provide access to technical expertise, mentoring, business advice, and product support;<\/li>\n<li>The startup uses AI for blockchain analysis: it identifies suspicious transactions, analyzes wallet behavior and connections to identify owners.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>What they say<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The NAPP noted that Heemera will serve as an example for other fintech projects in the country, demonstrating how to integrate into the global innovation ecosystem.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Context<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Uzbekistan is actively developing fintech and crypto initiatives: in 2024, a regulatory \u201csandbox\u201d for blockchain projects was launched.
