New tools \u2014 Open Banking, SupTech, RegTech \u2014 will open a market for fintech startups. The appearance of the sandbox will accelerate product testing and attract investment.  <\/p>\n<p><strong>What happened<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The meeting was held on behalf of the president and at the initiative of the Central Bank. The meeting was attended by the Chairman of the Board of the Central Bank, the Head of the Department of FinTech and AI in the Presidential Administration, and the First Deputy Director of the NAPP. <\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Initiatives are presented:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>regulating sandbox;<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Open Banking \/ Open API<\/strong>;<\/li>\n<li><strong>SupTech and RegTech<\/strong>;<\/li>\n<li><strong>AI solutions;<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>fintech hub and office under the Central Bank;<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>5-year development strategy<\/strong> in partnership with business.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Conclusion \u2014 a working group is being created for a constant dialogue between fintech and regulators.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What they say<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The Central Bank emphasizes that the strategy will balance innovation and risks, and the market will receive more competition and digital solutions.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Context<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Fintech in Uzbekistan has been actively growing for the last 3 years: HUMO, Payme, Click, Apelsin are developing.
