The rating system creates incentives for maintaining tax discipline and improving financial stability. Benefits for AAA companies can increase their competitiveness and reduce barriers when collaborating with government agencies.  <\/p>\n<p><strong>What happened<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The business sustainability system assessed companies based on 23 criteria (tax discipline, financial stability, etc.).<\/li>\n<li>Rating categories: from <strong>AAA<\/strong> (96-100 points) to <strong>D<\/strong> (25 points less).<\/li>\n<li>To date, more than <strong>552.8 thousand business entities <\/strong>have been registered, of which about <strong>2.3 thousand<\/strong> received the AAA rating, almost <strong>192 thousand<\/strong> were in the D category.<\/li>\n<li>Companies with the AAA rating are exempt from tax audits (except for criminal cases), and VAT refunds are processed within one day without audits.<\/li>\n<li>For companies with A and higher ratings, refunds for overpaid taxes (not VAT) are provided within three days.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>What they say<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The head of the Tax Committee, Sherzod Kudbiyev, noted that with an AAA rating, VAT refunds are automatically processed, but emphasized that tax officials remain cautious due to the risk of errors and criminal liability.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Context<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The Entrepreneurs&#8217; Sustainability Rating System has been in effect since <strong>February 1, 2024<\/strong>.
