The rapid implementation of previous bond placements confirms investors&#8217; confidence in the Agat Credit business model. <\/p>\n<p>The issuance of high-yield bonds intensifies competition in the retail fund market.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What happened<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">On September 10, 2025<\/span>, the Supervisory Board of Agat Credit approved the parameters of the new bond issue:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>400,000 bonds for 100,000 soums;<\/li>\n<li>total volume &#8211; 40 billion soums;<\/li>\n<li>coupon rate &#8211; 27% per annum;<\/li>\n<li>term &#8211; 365 days;<\/li>\n<li>coupon payments &#8211; monthly.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">This is the third issue in a year:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>March output &#8211; 40 billion soums, profitability 29%;<\/li>\n<li>July &#8211; 30 billion soums, profitability 28%, purchased in three hours.<\/li>\n<li>An extraordinary shareholders&#8217; meeting will be held on October 10, 2025, at which it is planned to discuss the transition of Agat Credit to the status of a microfinance bank.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>What they say<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The company emphasizes that changing the status will allow expanding the range of financial services and increasing operational efficiency;<\/li>\n<li>According to the company, the demand for previous issues showed high interest from investors in fixed-income bond instruments.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Context<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Agat Credit has been operating since 2018 under a Central Bank license and manages a portfolio of tens of billions of soums.
