This creates a competitive environment and stimulates the improvement of the quality of user experience in providing public services. <\/p>\n<p>The development of digital infrastructure is accelerating: IT integrators, banks, and providers are gaining a new role in the &#8220;Digital Government&#8221; ecosystem.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key facts<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>From November 1, access to the paid services of the Unified Interactive Government Services Portal will be opened for banks, telecom operators, and fintech services in compliance with cybersecurity standards;<\/li>\n<li>Students will be able to apply for rent compensation through UIGSP;<\/li>\n<li>Re-registration of a car with GBO is simplified &#8211; the mandatory repeat of registration is canceled.<\/li>\n<li>In the water management sector, mandatory electronic document management is being introduced through the &#8220;Suv hisobi&#8221; system.<\/li>\n<li>By the end of 2026, it is necessary to introduce more than <strong>100 new digital services<\/strong>, including <strong>10 proactive<\/strong> and <strong>composite<\/strong> (automatically provided when conditions arise);<\/li>\n<li>By 2026, it is also planned to integrate <strong>AI modules<\/strong> into &#8220;Digital Healthcare&#8221; &#8211; a physician&#8217;s voice assistant and a digital diagnostic assistant;<\/li>\n<li>66 thousand km of fiber optic networks and 2200 base stations will be built;<\/li>\n<li>The creation of a unified OASIS IT platform standardizes the development and integration of all state systems.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">From January 2026:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Social assistance, family registration, and mahalla work &#8211; only through the &#8220;Digital Mahalla&#8221; platform;<\/li>\n<li>Foreigners and stateless persons will be able to register online through the Unified Interactive Government Services Portal for up to one year.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Context<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The project is part of the &#8220;Digital Government&#8221; strategy aimed at increasing the share of digital services to <strong>70% by 2026<\/strong>. The introduction of AI and digital services creates prerequisites for hybrid interaction between the state and citizens through private platforms.
