Attracting foreign specialists will be more convenient, which will help cover the personnel shortage and strengthen the international component of projects. <\/p>\n<p>Improving conditions for the export of IT services and products through reducing bureaucracy and simplifying currency operations.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What&#8217;s resolved<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Starting November 1st, projects within the framework of \u201cDigital Startups\u201d and the Central Bank&#8217;s \u201csandbox\u201d will receive free annual access to the \u201cDigital Government\u201d data platform.<\/li>\n<li>Foreign specialists of IT Park residents, after registering their PINFL through their diplomatic mission abroad, will be able to remotely open accounts and virtual cards in Uzbek banks.<\/li>\n<li>From January 1, 2026, IT Park residents will be able to pay for foreign subscriptions and advertising services from corporate cards within the framework of export revenues, with a limit of $500,000 per year.<\/li>\n<li>Advertising should be placed on platforms with an audience of 100 million users, the list of platforms will be approved by the Government Commission on Investments.<\/li>\n<li>All data on such foreign payments, including offers and invoices, must be entered into the E\u2010contract foreign trade system. Payments up to $5,000 are a simplified procedure and are not considered accounts receivable. <\/li>\n<li>Also, companies will be able to accept payments from abroad for their own software through a public offer without including it in the E-contract.<\/li>\n<li>Support under the Zero Risk program: IT Park will be able to cover rent for premises for up to 12 months for participating companies; compensation is limited to the rent rate per square meter of state property, not exceeding twice the regional rate.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>What will it give to the population and business<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">\u0414\u043b\u044f \u0431\u0438\u0437\u043d\u0435\u0441\u0430 \u0438 \u0441\u0442\u0430\u0440\u0442\u0430\u043f\u043e\u0432<\/span>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Reduction of administrative and currency barriers in the purchase and promotion of foreign software;<\/li>\n<li>The ability to quickly enter global markets, expand marketing and advertising campaigns abroad;<\/li>\n<li>More flexible conditions for hiring foreign specialists; potentially higher quality of projects due to international experience;<\/li>\n<li>Increased costs for IT infrastructure (subscriptions, licenses), but with predictable regulatory environment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">For the population:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The cost of final products and services may decrease if companies use foreign instruments more effectively;<\/li>\n<li>Improving the quality of services, digital products, and software.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Context<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>There are already benefits for IT Park residents: tax preferences, export benefits.
