It is expected that the quality will improve, queues will decrease, and international standards will be introduced. <\/p>\n<p><strong>What happened<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Mirziyoyev reviewed the report on healthcare reform on September 19.<\/li>\n<li>A decision was made to attract foreign professional managers to five medical centers.<\/li>\n<li>The Center for Oncology and Radiology, where Turkish specialists work, is cited as a successful example.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Developed:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>standards of diagnosis and treatment,<\/li>\n<li>new clinical protocols,<\/li>\n<li>methodology of tariffs for 3 thousand medical services with the assistance of the ADB.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>A performance-based incentive system for doctors is being introduced. The share of family doctors should reach 70%, digitalization will reduce the workload on personnel by one-third. <\/p>\n<p><strong>Context<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>There are dozens of republican scientific and practical medical centers operating in the country, but the level of satisfaction with their work remains low. The implementation of international standards is being delayed, and the methodological work of the centers is weak. <\/p>\n<p>By the end of 2025, it is planned to double the number of updated clinical protocols.
