The decrease in the authorized capital may be related to the adjustment of previously inflated asset valuations. The decisions demonstrate the active participation of the state in managing the financial flows of key assets.  <\/p>\n<p><strong>What happened<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>On September 16, 2025, the State Assets Management Agency, as the sole shareholder of \u201cTrade Development Company\u201d JSC, decided to distribute the company&#8217;s net profit for 2024 in the amount of <strong>49.12 billion soums<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>24.56 billion soums<\/strong> were allocated for dividend payments (<strong>18.27 soums<\/strong> per share);<\/li>\n<li><strong>24.30 billion soums<\/strong> \u2014 to the reserve fund;<\/li>\n<li><strong>245.59 million soums<\/strong> \u2014 to the innovation support fund.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>It was also decided to reduce the company&#8217;s authorized capital by 12 billion soums to 1.33 trillion soums. <\/strong>The reason is the \u201cemergence of a discrepancy in the formation of the Company&#8217;s authorized capital\u201d. <\/p>\n<p><strong>Context<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The company is managed by Davron Vahabov (Chairman of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry) on the basis of a power of attorney issued on behalf of the state on December 2, 2024. CRT is a state structure that oversees the implementation of large trade projects and logistics initiatives in Uzbekistan.
