The fine is a signal to manufacturers and sellers: they will have to answer for manipulative advertising. <\/p>\n<p><strong>What happened<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>An advertisement for the Forsil dietary supplement was circulated on social media, promising that \u201cpain will disappear without a trace\u201d.<\/li>\n<li>According to the \u201cLaw on Advertising\u201d, dietary supplements cannot be marketed as medications.<\/li>\n<li>The Committee&#8217;s commission classified this as a violation of Article 35 of the law.<\/li>\n<li>An order has been issued to eliminate the violations and pay the fine.<\/li>\n<li>The company is obligated to prevent such incidents in the future.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>What they say<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The committee reminded that this is not the first violation in the field of dietary supplement advertising. Previously, similar claims were filed against Stop Diabet, Effect Herbals, Biomalham, and others. <\/p>\n<p><strong>Context<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In August, the Committee demanded the removal of the dietary supplement \u201cTriortasol Orosol+Rukh\u201d from sale due to its similarity to the registered ORSA drug.
